Empowering farmer families and rural communities in Marathwada
A Grassroots Movement Born From Love for Rural Communities
Named after the mythological wishing tree that grants shade, shelter, and fruits to all without prejudice, Kalpataru Foundation was established in 2020 by a passionate group of doctors, educators, and social advocates in Nilanga, Latur.
The Marathwada region has historically endured unpredictable monsoons, agricultural hardships, and systemic gaps in educational and medical infrastructure. Rather than relying on sporadic charity, our foundation works to build sustainable, community-owned solutions.
From sponsoring underprivileged children at risk of dropping out of school to running mobile medical camps in drought-affected hamlets and skilling women for financial independence, we take complete responsibility for every life we touch.
