Kalpataru Foundation adheres to highest standards of ethical fundraising, financial prudence, and beneficiary dignity. We believe every contribution is a sacred trust placed in our hands to uplift underprivileged rural communities in Nilanga and the broader Marathwada region.

  • Zero commissions or percentage cuts to fundraising intermediaries.
  • Complete adherence to the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 and Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • Timely statutory audit filings and open disclosure to public regulatory bodies.

2Accepted Donation Channels

Donors may contribute through any of the following authorized channels:

Online Instant Channels

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred), RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, and Netbanking across all Indian commercial banks with immediate 80G receipt dispatch.

Direct Bank Transfers & Cheques

Direct NEFT / RTGS / IMPS bank transfers into the official trust bank account or Account Payee Cheques drawn in favor of "Kalpataru Foundation".

3Section 80G Tax Exemption & Form 10BD Compliance

50% Tax Deduction: Donations made by Indian taxpayers are eligible for a 50% deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Permanent Account Number (PAN): In accordance with Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) notifications, furnishing the donor's PAN is mandatory for issuance of the Certificate of Donation in Form 10BE and automatic pre-fill in your income tax return (AIS).

Immediate Stamped Receipt: As soon as your transaction completes, a signed and stamped digital 80G receipt is transmitted directly to your email.

4Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Partnerships

Kalpataru Foundation partners with corporate enterprises, MSMEs, and CSR committees to execute high-impact community welfare projects under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
